Abstract: Atthisstage,therearemanyproblemsinvolvedintheprocessofdevelopingpartymembersincollegesanduniversities.Theseproblemsrefertounsystematicstudyofpoliticaltheory,onlyachievementtheory,theroleofcultivatingpeoplehasnotbeenfullydeveloped,andthelackofassessmentoftheprocessofcollegepartyactivists.Inviewofaboveproblems,aseriesofmeasuresareputforward,suchascurriculumlearningofpoliticaltheoryintheprocessofdevelopingpartymembers,standardizationoftheprocessofdevelopingpartymembers,educationpublicitythroughnewmedia,anddevelopmentoftrainingprogramsforactiveapplicantsforpartymembership.Combinedwiththeactualsituationofcollegesanduniversities,thequantitativeassessmentandtrainingprogramofactiveapplicantsforpartymem
bershipincollegesanduniversitiesisdesigned.Thetrainingprogramfullyreflectstheadvancedstandardsthatcollegestudentsandpartymembersshouldhave,andplaystheroleofcomprehensivetraining,guidance,educationandassessmentfromthoughttobehavior,soastocomprehensivelyimprovethequalityofpartymembershipdevelopmentincollegesanduniversities.
