This article is based on the theory of psychological accounts and selects college students fromeight universities in Yunnan Province as the research sample. Using exploratory factor analysis and cross- sectional analysis methods, this study explores the core characteristics and internal influencing factorsof college students’ psychological accounts. The research findings are as follows: First Firstly, collegestudents’ psychological accounts exhibit a three-dimensional characteristic structure : planning, flexibility, and impulsivity. Secondly, gender, grade level, and income are key factors influencing college students'psychological accounts. Males perform better than females in the planning dimension; fourth-yearstudents show higher impulsive consumption tendencies compared to lower-grade students, reflecting themoderating effect of the socialization process. "Thirdly, income level has a dual impact on college students'psychological accounts. lt is negatively correlated with planning and positively correlated with flexibilityand impulsivity, verifying the dynamic reshaping mechanism of the “ Planning Self-Doing Self” powerstructure. This study breaks through the traditional binary opposition paradigm in psychological accountresearch. It reveals a dynamic balance formed through the mediation of flexibility in the three-dimensionalcharacteristics.

'This study constructs an internal control and quality assurance system based on the “RSS” mod.el, integrating three key elements : regulation, standard and share. Firstly, by enhancing institutional con-struction, the boundaries of power and responsibility among different functional departments are clearly de.fined. Secondly, by implementing data governance strategies, a unifed quality standard has been estab.lished. Thirdly, through the use of information-sharing services, collaborative cooperation and self-diagnos.tic capabilities among quality management entities are promoted. Additionally , the system quantifies qualitycontrol indicators and employs big data analysis technologies to visualize quality monitoring. The construc.tion of this system not only provides strong support for the diagnosis and improvement of educational teaching, but also merges the concepts of institutional governance, data govemance, and information governance , injecting new vitality into the leaplrog development of high-quality higher vocational education.

In the context of profound global economie and cultural integration, the traditional craft of Daislow-wheel pottery faces significant challenges due to weakened funetionality, market contraction, and a dis.ruption in the transmission of knowledge across generations. To revitalize the modem vitality of this traditionalcraft . this studv explores the use of digital illustration as an innovative medium, aiming to loealize the integration of Dai slow-wheel pottery's cultural elements into digital art creation. Through a systematie analysis of thecurent state of digital illustration, especially addressing the lack of localized design elements, this researchextracts visual symbols from Dai slow-wheel poltery, including the shapes of pottery vessels, omamental mo.tifs , and crafting scenes. These elements are reinterpreted using digital techniques to produce illustrations thatblend ethnie eultural identity with contemporary aesthetie styles. Additionally , the study includes the design ofderivative products based on these illustrations. By combining the regional culture , folk customs, and histori.cal heritage of the Dai people, this loealized approach to digital illustration not only achieves the digital preservation and innovative expression of slow-wheel pottery but also injects new cultural depth into the field ofdigital illustration.      India frequently initiates trade remedy measures such as anti-dumping, subsidies, safeguardmeasures, and special safeguard measures against Chinese exports, which have affected the realization ofbroad frade prospects between China and India. Although bilateral trade in goods between China and In-dia has been growing rapidly, the trade status is unequal, and there is a structural convergence of exportproducts. Based on the data from 2000 to 2023, India's trade remedy measures against China show alarge total volume, various types, and a relatively concentrated scope. The core reasons lie in the lack ofmutual trust in development between the two countries , India's huge trade deficit, its competitive disad.vantage in goods trade , and the fact that resource-intensive products are more competitive than complementary. Therefore , this paper proposes strategies to optimize China-ndian trade in goods, including en.hancing inter-governmental coordination on trade, improving the response measures of govermments andenterprises to India's trade remedy actions, and shifting towards the export of capital-intensive products.
