Under the national "High-Level Higher Vocational Colleges" plan, higher vocational institu-tions place great emphasis on the political and practical significance of Party-building guidance. This pa-per takes the Surveying and Mapping Engineering Technology program group at a higher vocational insti-tution as a case study to innovate the Party-building work model. It establishes a "Three-Heart" system-comprising Original Aspiration, Conscience, and Craffsmanship to address the insufficient role of Partymembers and the lack of organizational vitality. A collaborative learning and co-construction platform in-volving government, industry, academia, and enterprises is built to resolve the disconnection betweenParty-building and professional work, as well as to overcome bottlenecks in school-enterprise collaborativeeducation. Furthermore, a "First-Class Party-Building" guidance mechanism is developed to ensure thedeep integration of Party-building with the "High-Level Higher Vocational Colleges" plan.

The course follows the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through higher education and drives the transformation of teaching structures through digital education. It optimizes and innovates teaching design through the reconstruction of content systems, improvement of teaching strategies, construction of ideological and political resource databases, and diversification of evaluation systems. Ideological and political themes run throughout, with multi-channel linkage highlighting the effectiveness of national defense education in vocational colleges, thereby establishing a "Four Combinations, Three-in-One" ideological and political curriculum model for national defense education. Practice shows that the digital-based teaching design of the Military Theory course is effective, the teaching methods are rich, the evaluation system is diverse, and the operability is strong, achieving the teaching objectives.

Under the background of the new era, building a "grand ideological and political education" framework has become a key approach to fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Facing challenges in the "two classes" (the ideological and political class and the social class), such as resource integration, teaching schedule coordination, teaching team development, and students’ engagement, this study proposes a collaborative education model of the "Grand Ideological and Political Course" with ideological and political theory courses at its core. This model emphasizes the deep integration of on-campus and off-campus resources, the close linkage between ideological and political courses and vocational curricula, and the seamless connection between theoretical learning and practical training. Furthermore, this study analyzes optimization strategies including the integration of morality and technical skills in a "grand curriculum", the industry-education integration of a "grand classroom", the theory-practice integration of a "grand platform", and the development of a "dual-competence" teaching workforce. It reveals both the internal logic and external manifestations of the collaborative education of the "two classes", providing theoretical and practical guidance for innovation in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.

Abstract: The deepening of industry-education integration has placed an urgent demand on public physical education in higher vocational colleges to shift from a "universal" approach to a "vocational" one. In response to prominent issues such as the disconnection between teaching and vocational needs, single teaching methods, and rigid evaluation, this paper proposes that the core of public physical education reform lies in constructing a teaching system aimed at "vocational adaptability". Specific paths include establishing a modular curriculum with "foundational + elective" components, implementing project-based teaching based on real work scenarios, and promoting diversified evaluation that integrates vocational literacy. Through these measures, public physical education can truly serve students’ vocational literacy and lifelong development, providing support for the talent cultivation goals of industry-education integration.

Abstract: In the era of digital economy, the digital and intelligent transformation of the accounting industry presents new challenges for vocational talent cultivation. Kunming Metallurgy University's Big Data and Accounting major explores the "Job-Course-Competition-Certificate" integrated education model. This model reconstructs the "foundation-core-expansion-practice" four-level progressive curriculum system, integrating new technologies such as intelligent finance and accounting robots, and builds a curriculum system that links jobs, courses, competitions, and certificates. Supported by a provincial-level High-Level Higher Vocational College professional group and dual-teacher team, a "business scenario + simulation training" hybrid teaching model is created, achieving a "1+X" certificate pass rate of over 90% and a breakthrough in national skill competition awards. The practice shows that this model bridges the structural gap between educational supply and industrial demand through "four-chain integration" ecological reconstruction and "digital and intelligent empowerment" teaching innovation. However, challenges such as lagging curriculum updates and data silos remain. Future reforms should focus on co-developing industry standards and deepening the application of artificial intelligence in tracking learning growth, providing a replicable model for the high-quality development of vocational education.

Taking Yunnan’s ethnic handicrafts as an example, this article explores the application strategies of scenario-based teaching in vocational education and training (VET) for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage (ICH). By analyzing the intangible cultural heritage value of Yunnan’s ethnic handicrafts and the goals of intangible cultural heritage inheritance in VET, the article proposes that scenario-based teaching helps enhance students’ sense of immersion, broaden their cognitive dimensions, and promote independent learning, thereby improving the effectiveness of intangible cultural heritage inheritance. Specific strategies include: transforming roles to create a village-style teaching environment for ethnic handicrafts; integrating subjects to interpret ethnic handicraft culture from multiple perspectives; fostering student collaboration to establish a topic-based inheritance mechanism; and adopting an outcome-oriented approach to promote lifelong career development. Through real-world scenario simulations and interdisciplinary cooperation, these strategies aim to cultivate students’ practical skills, innovative thinking, and awareness of intangible cultural heritage protection, providing new pathways for the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.
