Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and the economy, the informatizationprocess of educational goveranee is accelerating. Information eonstruetion plays a significant role in thehigh-quality development of higher voeational colleges. Under the “ High-Level Higher Vocational Col.lege" background, there are several constraints on the modernization of the govemanee system of higheivoeational colleges , including inadequate understanding, lack of overall planning, insufficient utilizationof shared resources and data, and a shortage of talent in the workforee. These issues can be addressed bystrengthening awareness , advaneing digital transformation , integrating information technology into eduea-tion , promoting edueational refoms, improving systems and mechanisms, promoting data govemanee ,ensuring resouree flow, eliminating the boundaries of information systems, and aecelerating the development of an informatization talent team. These measures will contribute to the moderization of governaneecapabilities in higher vocational colleges through informatization construction.
