Abstract: Madecomparisonanalysisofhighervocationaleducationdevelopmentwithdevelopedprovincesandregions,suchas,Guangdong,Henan,SichuanandLiaoning.SomebottleneckproblemsofvocationaleducationdevelopmentofYunnanwereshownasthefollowing:weakbasiceducation,unbalanceddevelopmentamongdifferentregions,cannotwellmeetthepracticaldemandof“bridgehead”strategyandthelackofinternationalcooperationandcommunicationandsoon.Facingsuchnewsituation,problemsandnewchances,somenewstrategiesabouttheinnovativedevelopmentofvocationaleducationdevelopmentofYunnanarediscussedinthispaperasthefollowing:straighteningoutsystemsandmechanismsofhighervocationaleducation,promotingbalancedevelopmentforvocationaleducationofdifferentregions,improvingtheamountandqualityoffull-timeteachers,developedandoptimizedprofessional
settings,strengtheningtheconnotationconstructionofhighervocationaleducation,configuredappropriatelyeducationresources,improvingthecompetenceoffosteringnewtypetalentswhoareadaptingindustrialupgrading,putuptheserviceplatformofcontinuingeducation,speedingupvariousformsofinternationalcooperationandexchanges.
