Abstract:

The SCL一90 test tool was used to  track the mental health of 38 686 first一year students from 2011 to 2017. The detection rate of positive，moderate severe symptoms of the students was generally declining，among which the detection rate above 1%was 2. 14% for obsessive-compulsive symptom and 1. 34% for interpersonal sensitivity.  The year is predictive of the factor score. There is no significant difference in mental health level between the Han students and other minority students. There was a significant difference between the genders，and girls scored higher than that of boys on all factors.
