Based on the diagnosis and improvement idea proposed by China，this paper applies CMM maturity model and higher vocational education quality evaluation theory to the connotative development evaluation of higher vocational education. Through the establishment of the higher vocational education connotative development maturity evaluation system，the evaluation of the connotative development maturity of higher vocational education is realized，and the bottle一neck factor that restricts the connotative development maturity of vocational education is diagnosed，which can help colleges find the key points and steps of promoting the connotative construction，guide and promote the continuous promotion of the connotative development level of higher vocational education.

Using the PositivePsychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ)written by Zhang Kuo et al.( 2008 ) as a measurement tool to investigate the current situation of psychological capital of 1 622 students in five colleges in Yunnan province，these students were selected by means of convenient sampling. The resups show that:1 .the psychological capital of students in higher vocational colleges is good(4. 77 10. 77)，and the average scores of psychological capital from high to low are as follows:hope，optimism，resilience and self一efficacy;2. mens' total average score of psychological capital is significantly higher than that of women's(t=3. 17，P<0. 0l)，and the psychological capital score of the sports major students is significantly higher than that of the other students，junior students' psychological capital score is significant1y higher than those of freshmen and sophomores，and the score of psychological capital of student leadersis higher than that of students who did not serve as student leaders. Therefore，this paper puts forward suggestions on how to cultivate and improvehigher vocational students' psychological capital.

The SCL一90 test tool was used to track the mental health of 38 686 first一year students from 2011 to 2017. The detection rate of positive，moderate severe symptoms of the students was generally declining，among which the detection rate above 1%was 2. 14% for obsessive-compulsive symptom and 1. 34% for interpersonal sensitivity. The year is predictive of the factor score. There is no significant difference in mental health level between the Han students and other minority students. There was a significant difference between the genders，and girls scored higher than that of boys on all factors.

This paper investigates and analyzes the impact of funding policies on the learning situation of impoverished students through a combination of historical real data comparison and questionnaire. The results show that，in general，the funding policy has a positive impact on the learning situation of impoverished students，but there are still a small number of impoverished students who have negative thoughts of “waiting，depending，wanting，and taking”.In order to promote the development of impoverished students' learning situation and make the funding policy work more effectively，this paper puts forward some suggestions on the active guidance and funding of impoverished students.
