Abstract:

The library is one of the most important parts for assessing school-running quality of higher vocational colleges. As the document&data construction，Chinese book purchase，working as a start for other work in library，plays a decisive role for library holding structure and quality. Based on analyzing book purchase bidding in library of Kunming Metallurgy College，this paper points out the existing problems and comes up with countermeasures as follows to maintain stable book suppliers:to carry out project risk management; to set up a reasonable assessment criterion; to effectively control a bid won by lowest price and implement a bid won by qualification;to strengthen quality control of bidding purchase;to extend the bidding period.
