Abstract: Accordingtotheanalysisandcomparisonofdatainteachers′record,qualify,positionandidentitycouldbeintegratedtogetherforthedesignoftheteacherqualificationrecord“verticaltable”.Becausedataofqualify,positionandidentitywhichsharequalityshowteacherqualificationfromdifferentways.Theperfectmanagementmodelofteacherqualificationrecordissupportedbyrelevantdatasheetwiththeteacherqualificationrecord“verticaltable”asthecore.Verifiedbythepracticeapplication,themodelnotonlyimproveddesignstabilityofteacherqualificationrecordmoduleandmanagementscalability,alsosupportedmodeldesignofclassallowancecalculationintechnicalwhichproperlyembodiedthe managementprincipleofclassallowancecalculation.
