摘要: 产教融合作为职业教育改革新模式,正逐渐成为职业教育高质量发展的必由之路。当前,高职院校财经商贸类专业人才需求由单一技能需求向知识结构复合、能力结构多元化等能力与素养要求转变,因此新时期高职院校财经商贸类专业育人模式需要统筹产教融合,深化协同育人:通过完善顶层设计,强化制度供给并积极探索办学主体多元化,着眼基层一线,突出强项优势,实现产教平台共建化的创新道路。

Abstract: As a new model of vocational education reform, the integration of industry and education isgradually becoming the inevitable path for the high-quality development of vocational education. Current.ly , the demand for talents in financial and commercial majors in higher vocational colleges is shifting fromsingle skill requirements to diversified knowledge structures, multifaceted competency and literacy re-quirements. Therefore, in the new era, the education mode for financial and commercial majors in highervocational colleges needs to coordinate the integration of industry and education and deepen collaborativeeducation. By improving top-level design, strengthening institutional supply, and actively exploring diversification of educational entities , focusing on frontline grassroots, highlighting strengths, and realizinginnovative pathways for the co-construction of industry-education platforms.
