摘要: 为适应企业和社会发展的需要,培养符合市场的实用型人才,采用和推进校企合作模式已成为教育的重要改革措施。目前,在校企合作人才培养过程中,存在企业积极性差、合作层次浅、人才输出与企业需求匹配度低等现象。针对这些现象,提出了以项目为载体、项目驱动人才培养资源聚集、校企深度融合的人才培养新模式,阐述了其内涵、意义及具体建设思路和措施,期望能有效促进校企融合协同教育,提高学生工程应用能力、创新和创业能力和就业竞争力,提高人才输出与专业岗位匹配度,通过承接科研项目锤炼团队科技创新能力、团队协作能力并优化科研项目实施模式。

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of enterprises, adapt to the development of the social era, and cul-tivate practical talents in line with the market, adopting and promoting the school-enterprise cooperatiormodel has become an important reform measure of education. At present, in the process of school-enter.prise cooperation in talent training, there are issues such as low enthusiasm from enterprises, shallow co.operation level, and low matching degree between talent output and enterprise demand. In view of thesephenomena , this paper puts forward a new talent training mode with project as the carrier, project-driventalent training resource aggregation , and deep integration of school and enterprise, and expounds its con.notation , significance and specific construction ideas and measures. It is hoped to efectively promoteschool-enterprise integration and collaborative education , improve students’ engineering application abili.ty , innovation and entrepreneurship ability, improve students’employment competitiveness, and improvethe matching degree between talent output and professional positions. Through undertaking scientific research projects, the team's scientific and technological innovation ability, team cooperation ability and scientific research project implementation mode are tempered.
