基于 S7-1200的6部10 层电梯群控系统设计

摘要: 基于S7-1200 PLC、PLCSIM、TIAPortal 等软件及硬件平台,根据电梯群控系统特性并借鉴有关文献构建了一套全新的6部 10 层电梯群控系统,提出了一种易于实现集中运行和维护的电梯群控策略,采用分层定梯、优先派梯、后备随动、多目标调度来实现集群控制算法并利用电梯仿真平台进行系统仿真实验。结果表明:该群控策略下电梯远程监控系统运行稳定可靠,操作简单,能够实现高效的电梯调度。

Abstract: With S7--1200 PLC, PLCSIM, TIA Portal and other software and hardware platforms, a newset of six 10-floor elevator group control system is built based on the characteristics of elevator group con-trol system. The system is easy to achieve centralized operation and maintenance with the cluster controlalgorithm realized by different destination operational sectors , priority dispatching capability , backup fol-low-up and multi-objective scheduling. An elevator simulation platform is used for the system simulationexperiment. The results show that the remote monitoring system under the group control system is stablereliable and simple to operate, and can realize efficient elevator scheduling.
