基于现代学徒制的现代通信技术专业三元六双一融通”人才培养模式研究以昆明冶金高等专科学校为例

Research on the Talent Cultivation Mode of “Three Agents .Six Doubles and One Integration” of Modern Communication Technology Major Based on Modern Apprenticeship System :A Case Study of Kunming Metallurgical College

摘要: 昆明冶金高等专科学校现代通信技术专业在现代学徒制试点探索实践中,深化校企合作、产教融合内涵,形成了分工明确的校 -企-企“三元”主体协同育人长效机制:在学徒培养过程中实施人才培养模式“双制定”,校企混编“双导师”,课程体系“双平台”,规章制度“双管理”,课程思政“双阵地”和毕业就业“双保险”等一系列举措,以岗-课 -赛 -证“一融通”为依据,提升专业水平和人才培养质量。校企多方通过“三元六双一融通”的人才培养理念,也取得了一定成效。

Abstract: In the exploration and practice of the pilot modern apprenticeship system, the modern communication technology major of Kunming Metallurgy College has deepened the school-enterprise cooperation andthe industry-education integration, and developed a long-term mechanism of coordinated education featuring“Three Agents,Six Doubles and One Integration”..“Three Agentsrefers to the school-enterprise-enter-prise cooperation; “Six Doubles” refers to the talent cultivation mode based on the academic requirementand business demand, teaching staff from both schools and enterprises, curriculum system supported byteaching resources and enterprise internship, regulations formulated by school and school, ideological and po-itical education in academic courses and practical training, graduate with academic certificate and job offer:“One Integration”refers to the integrated cultivation mode of jobs, academic courses, vocational competitionsand vocational skills certificates. It aims to promote the discipline construction and teaching effect.
