摘要: 职业生涯辅导应该以个人成长和职业发展为着眼点,将职业与个人价值融为一体。结合就业现状,针对“00 后”高职学生在就业心理方面出现的问题表象,分析心理问题的成因,并从生涯辅导的视角对如何做好“00 后”高职大学生就业指导工作提出一些建议和对策

Abstract: Career counseling should focus on ones’personal growth and career development, taking intoaccount both people's professional and personal values. Based on the current employment situation , thispaper analyzes the causes of psychological problems of post-00 vocational college students in employmentpsychology, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the employment guidance amongpost-00 vocational college students through career counselling.
