摘要: 根据所用 P 源和S 源的差异,将PS 胶体量子点的制备分为3 类,并加以对比: 结合应用领域对 PS不同性能的要求,描述了常用的改性方法: 并在最后提出 PS 制备方法和改性的可能方向,对 PS 制备和应用具有一定的参考价值。

关键词: PbS 胶体量子点, 稳定性, 液相合成:红外波段

Abstract:

In this paper, the preparation methods of PhS colloidal quantum dots are divided into threcategories according to the difference of Pb source and Sulfur source, and the comparison of these threpreparation methods is described. The commonly used modification methods are also described with therequirements of PbS application in different fields. In the end, the possible preparation and modificationmethods of PbS are proposed. t has a certain reference value for the preparation and application of PhSquantum dots.
