提高某铁矿选矿指标的试验研究

摘要: 摘 要: 针对泰国某铁矿中主要金属矿物有磁铁矿、赤铁矿、褐铁矿以及针铁矿的提铁降杂的研究,提出对原矿中-5 mm 粒级研究采用“磨矿一弱磁选一强磁选”联合工艺,最终得到铁精矿产率为73.59%,铁品位为56.77%,回收率为81.31%。

Abstract: This paper studies on refining iron and reducing impurity of some other metallic minerals suchas magnetite, hematite, limonite and goethite in an iron ore in Thailand. The combined process ofgrinding-weak magnetic separation-high intensiy magnetic separation” can be adopted for the medium.5 mm particle size of the original ore. The final iron concentrate yield is 73. 59% , the iron grade is56.77% ,and the recovery is 81.31%
