一种大型车辆车轮自动降温与报警控制装置设计

摘要: 大型车辆在长下坡的过程中,由于自身载重大、速度快的特点,只能使用不断制动减速的办法保证安全,在此过程中车辆制动盘的温度会不断上升,最终出现制动“热衰退”,导致制动失效。在分析现有各种降低车辆车轮降温措施的技术基础上,设计出新的车轮自动降温与报警控制装置。当大型车辆车轮出现高温时,单片机接收到温度探侧器的温度信号,通过语音提示,提醒本车驾驶员注意;通过鼓风机工作,实现用压缩空气给制动盘降温。

Abstract:

Due to ensure the heavy load and fast speed,oversize vehicles could only use the safety when going downwards. The brake disc result  would rise
in temperature continuously,  which lead to the “thermal recession"  and finally,result in the brake failing to work. Based on the analysis of the existing technologies to reduce the temperature of the vehicle wheels, a new automatic cooling and alarm control device was designed. When the wheels are in high temperature,the microcontroller will receive the signal via temperature detector. Then it will give a voice warning to the driver who can use compressed air to cool the brake disc with the help of air blower.
