Based on the development of digital economy in Yunnan Province，this paper finds out the problems and puts forward some countermeasures.  On the macro level，relevant policies，the top-level design，and the development planare optimized;on the mesolevel，the construction of digital infrastructure is improved，and the internal structure of Yunnan's digital economy is improved to promote the development of core in dustriesin digital economy，digitize the whole chain of traditional industries，and give full play to the advantages of cultivating new market players.  The paper aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation mechanism for promoting the high-quality development of Yunnan's digital economy.
