Abstract: Thisarticlefocusesontheoperationalsituationof15civiltransportationairportsinYunnanProvince.Byanalyzingtransportationdatafrom2019to2025,includingpassengerthroughput,cargo/mailtransportationvolume,andaircrafttakeoffsandlandings,thearticleexaminestheoperationalsupportcapabilitiesoftheseairportsandtheirdevelopmenttrends.Itappliescomparativeanalysis,proportionanalysis,andHHIvalueanalysistohighlightkeyissuesinthesector,suchasthesignificantdisparityinbusinessvolumesbetweencoreairportsandregionalairports,increasedcompetitionamongairportsforpassengertraffic,theconcentrationofcargoandmailtransportationatcoreairports,andtheevidentdifferentiationinairportoperationspost-pandemic.Thestudysuggestsseveralstrategiestoaddressthesechallenges:expandingthetransportationcapacityofKunmingChangshuiAirport,enhancingtransportationconnectionsbetweentheprovincialcapitalandregionalairports,coordinatingthedevelopmentplansofallairports,andsupportingairlinestorecoverfromdifficulties.Theseproposalsaimtoprovideareferenceforthesustainablelong-termgrowthoftransportationaviationinYunnanProvince.
