The Practical Exploration of Skill Master Studios in HigherVocational Undergraduate Teaching

Abstract: This paper focuses on the practical application of Skill Master Studios (SMS) within the con-text of higher vocational undergraduate education. Using the Chain Operation and Management major asa case study, it begins with an analysis of the background and significance of establishing SMS. It thenprovides a detailed overview of the Studio's establishment process, organizational structure, and opera-tional models, emphasizing their critical importance within higher vocational undergraduate education.In view of the distinctive characteristics of higher vocational undergraduate teaching, the paper exploresstrategies to closely integrate the Studios with teaching and develops models for combining SMS activitieswith internships and practical training. Finally, it identifies the major challenges that SMS must addressin higher vocational undergraduate education and proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions, ai-ming to provide valuable reference material for the reform and development of vocational education inChina.
