The Contemporary Value and Optimization Strategy of Rural Graduates Returning to Hometown for Employment and Entrepreneurship Against the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract

Abstract: As urban employment pressure rises sharply and rural revitalization speeds up, it is proposed to promote the return of rural-origin college graduates to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneur- ship, which has multi-dimensional value of realizing the revitalization of rural talents, solving the gap of ru- ral talents, alleviating urban employment pressure, and guiding high-quality talents cultivation in colleges and universities. The analysis shows that due to the inertia of traditional education, rural-origin college students still face challenges such as insufficient entrepreneurial willingness to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship, inadequate university guidance, insufficient governmentpolicy, and poor rural infrastructure. To address these issues, this paper proposes strategies to enhance the confidence and enthusiasm of rural graduates, helping rural areas achieve the goal of talent revitalization.
