As urban employment pressure rises sharply and rural revitalization speeds up, it is proposed to promote the return of rural-origin college graduates to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneur- ship, which has multi-dimensional value of realizing the revitalization of rural talents, solving the gap of ru- ral talents, alleviating urban employment pressure, and guiding high-quality talents cultivation in colleges and universities. The analysis shows that due to the inertia of traditional education, rural-origin college students still face challenges such as insufficient entrepreneurial willingness to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship, inadequate university guidance, insufficient governmentpolicy, and poor rural infrastructure. To address these issues, this paper proposes strategies to enhance the confidence and enthusiasm of rural graduates, helping rural areas achieve the goal of talent revitalization.

Under the background of deepening reform in higher vocational education in the new era, the organic integration of curriculum-based ideological and political education ( CIPE ) with professional teaching has become a crucial approach to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through educa- tion. This study addresses existing issues in CIPE implementation within higher vocational general courses and explores teaching reform pathways guided by CIPE principles under the studio system. By establis- hing a reform framework characterized by "goal concretization, path projectization, and evaluation diver- sification", three core strategies are proposed; Identifying ideological and political elements within intel- lectual property law, integrating CIPE objectives such as rule-of-law conviction and integrity-driven inno- vation into curriculum design; Utilizing studio projects as pedagogical vehicles through diverse teaching methods to achieve the synergy of "learning by doing" and "reflection through practice" ; Developing a dual-dimensional evaluation system encompassing "process observation + outcome analysis" and "ability development + value identification" to comprehensively assess students' knowledge acquisition and value internalization. The research demonstrates that this reform framework, driven by practical project tasks, effectively facilitates the deep integration of intellectual property legal knowledge with CIPE objectives.

Innovation is crucial to the long-term development of both nations and enterprise. To reduce the loss of high-quality domestic companies, prevent malicious foreign acquisitions, and enrich invest- ment methods in the capital market, China has allowed companies to adopt a dual-class share structure for listing. By analyzing the innovation performance of UCloud, the first company in China to adopt this structure, this study explores the impact of dual-class share structures on corporate innovation perform- ance. The research conclusions are as follows: 1 ) dual-class share structures have a dual nature; 2) such structures can help promote R&D investment in high-tech enterprises; 3) sunset clauses within du- al-class share structures can significantly enhance corporate innovation performance. Based on these find- ings, this paper recommends that the government establish and improve regulatory mechanisms, enhance market access supervision for dual-class share companies, and encourage enterprises to implement effec- tive equity incentives and set reasonable sunset clauses to improve the innovation performance of high- tech enterprises.

The "exit" of Yunnan's "beat and jump" short videos is the result of the joint effect of the age factors of the development of the Internet and the original ecological ethnic elements in the information so- ciety. The "beat and jump" short videos have created an ethnic cultural ecology of interconnection, inte- gration, seeking common ground while shelving differences, and harmony without uniformity in the net- work transmission, which has played an important role in building the consciousness of the Chinese nation community. The "beat and jump" short videos in the cyberspace not only show the integration of tradition and modernity, but also show emotional resonance, a high sense of participation, cultural identity and a strong sense of belonging. By integrating the "beat and jump" culture into education and publicity, media interaction, tourism development and government decision-making, the "beat and jump" short vid- eos will become an important carrier to attract tourists and inherit culture in Yunnan, so as to promote the integration of ethnic cultures and ethnic unity.

Artificial intelligence technology can significantly enhance the level of academic research and the efficiency of output, but improper applications also pose ethical dilemmas in academic publishing for AI product developers/providers, users, and regulators, including information leakage, data falsification, intellectual property disputes, proliferation of low-quality academic papers, and ineffective countermeas- ures and accountability. Adhering to the principle of putting people first while balancing innovation with self-discipline and external discipline, this approach can help establish clear boundaries, explicit rights and responsibilities, quantifiable standards, and operational regulations specific to the context of artificial intelligence. By creating an ethical review system for academic publishing and enforcing strict accounta- bility, the legal construction of academic publishing ethics can be realized under the rule of law, ensuring the orderly progress of academic innovation and publishing work.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak five years ago, teachers and students in the visual communica- tion major at our college have collaborated continuously with the staff of Yunnan CDC staff to innovate in regional health science popularization. Using IP image design as a breakthrough and leveraging Internet and media digital platforms, we have built an effective communication system that integrates visual arts with popular science. Through bold, quantitative creative practices from theory to expression, our work includes core character design and new cultural products like interactive platform long charts, emoticon packages, model kits, and illustrations. By expanding online design, offline physical derivatives, experi- ential activities, and interactive programs, we guide audiences to engage with scientific knowledge popu- larization, explore the unknown, understand life, and improve scientific literacy. This, in turn, promotes technological and social progress. Our efforts also provide a new, innovation approach to complement tra- ditional science popularization methods.
