decliningsalesprices,aswellasexternaldemandsfromcitygovernmentsforindustrialsupportandoper
ationalcapabilities.Becomingurbanoperatorshasemergedasacriticaltransformationpathforthese
companies.Toimprovetheirservicecapabilitiestocities,realestatecompaniesmustalignwiththelogic
ofurbandevelopmentandextendtheiroperationalchainaccordingly.Thetransformationfocusesmainly
onfourstrategicdirections:independentdevelopmentofsubsidiaries,outsourcingofnoncorebusinesses,
jointmarketexpansion,andcollaborativeresearchanddevelopmentofforwardlookingbusinesses,along
