Abstract: Abstract:Asaprovinciallevelcollegeincludedinthe““HighLevelHigherVocationalCollegeProject”, W Collegehasreceivedapprovalforits“DancePerformanceSpecialty”wasapprovedasoneaprovincial levelAdisciplines.In2022,theinnovativeteachingforcefordanceperformancefacultywasrecognized asoneofthefirstbatchofinnovativeteachingforcesofvocationaleducationinYunnanProvince.The teachingforceiswellqualifiedandhasconsistentlyfocusedonmoraleducationasthecoreofitsmission. Utilizingcollaborativecommunitybuildingasaplatform,aligningwithindustrystandardsthrougharele vantcurriculumsystem,andadoptingmodularteachingmethods,theteamhasdemonstratedeffectiveout comesinmoraleducation,enhancedfacultydevelopment,establishedasolidcollaborativecommunity, deepenedtheintegrationofindustryandeducation,anddevelopedamature,highqualitycurriculumsys temtosupport““HighLevelHigherVocationalCollegeProject”.Thedevelopmentoftheteachingforce hasachievedsignificantprogress,andthispapersummarizesthepracticalexplorationsofteamdevelop ment,distillingreplicable,referenceable,andpromotableexperiencesforothers.
