Abstract: Abstract:ThisstudytakestheSoftwaremajorofKunmingMetallurgyCollegeasanexampletoexplore
thespecificimplementationpathofintegratingthe“1+X”certificatesystemintothetalenttrainingpro
gramofvocationalcolleges.Theaimistooptimizetalenttrainingprogramsbasedonvocationalskilllevel
standardsandrevisetheseprogramstobettermeetpracticalcareerdevelopmentrequirements.According
tothevocationalskilllevelcertificatestandardof“1+X”Webfrontenddevelopment,thecurriculum
settinginthetalenttrainingprogramisoptimized.Thenewcurriculumstandardisrevisedtoachievecon
sistencybetweenthecertificatestandardandthecurriculumteachingstandard.Theprofessionalskilllev
elandteachingleveloftheentireteamofteachersarecontinuouslyimproved,andtheteachingmodeis
innovated.Byleveragingtheadvantagesofschoolsandenterprises,anddeepeningthecooperationbe
tweenschoolsandenterprisestojointlybuildamodernapprenticeshipsystem,studentsskillsarepromo
tedthroughparticipationinvocationalskillscompetitions.Theintegrationofthe“1+X”certificatesys
temintothetalenttrainingprogramofhighervocationalcollegesisachievedthroughtheestablishmentof
acreditexchangemechanismandmultipleevaluationmechanismsforstudents.
