Abstract:

In vocational education, the concept of talent training, professional construction and courseconstruction around “ posts"has been around for a long time. With the continuous deepening of vocation-al education concepts and the continuous improvement of information teaching level, in recent years theconstruction of excellent courses on vocational post core competence has become an effective way for vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent training and promote curriculum reform. Its characteristicsof focusing on post, positioning abilities and highlighting practice are increasingly recognized by the ma-ority of vocational educators. Taking mechatronics technology major as an example, aiming at the voca-tional post core competence, the paper carries out the overall design of curiculum system , the design ofexcellent course content, and the construction of excellent course micro teaching material, in order toprovide reference for the vocational post core competence.
