Englishmajorstudentsfromfreshmentoseniorstudentsin12collegesanduniversities.TheresearchhasfoundthatthestudentsrecognitionofEnglishmajorislow,theenvironmentforthestudentsmajoridentityisnotfavorable,andthestudentssubjectiveinitiativeofmajoridentityisinsufficient.Inviewofaboveproblems,theauthortriestoputforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasuresfromthreeaspects:decisionmakersoftheteachingmanagement,EnglishteachersandEnglishmajorstudents.
