Teacher Training Research of the Construction "Double-type" Teachers in Engineering Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Abstract: With the continuous adjustment of industrial structure in China, the social demand for high skilled talents is expanding . As the main skill talents training base in higher vocational colleges of engineering, higher vocational colleges have more and more heavy social responsibility. "Double-type" teachers team construction was an important support to the talents-training goal of engineering vocational colleges. Cultivating and improving teachers directly determine the "double-type" teacher troop construction project success.
