Abstract: The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has made unprecedented impact on the employment of 2020graduates , how to help poor graduates to get employed smoothly and find jobs as soon as possible in the severe “war epidemicenvironment has become a topic of national and social concern. This article is a survey of the 2020 graduates from Lijiang Teachers College , through the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the employment impact of poor graduates under the influence of epidemic situation. Based on theanalysis of the results of the relevant data, combined with the practice of employment work , and the aspectsof college, graduates government and society , this paper puts forward targeted employment assistancemeasures to help poor graduates get more full and high - quality employment.
