Reflections on the Work of Head Teachers Based on the Psychological Characteristics of “Post-2000” Higher Vocational Students

Abstract: The “Post-2000”generation has entered university campuses around 2018 and has graduallybecome the main force of universities. Compared with other types of ages and education types , the “Post.2000students have their own characteristics. Through questionnaire surveys and interviews , this articletries to understand higher vocational student's psychological and behavioral characteristics and finds outthat most “Post-2000”students at school have the problems of adaptability and future career developmentplans. They generally feel lack of motivation , academic pressure and job prospects. The head teacher, asthe class administrator and guide, should combine the characteristics of “ Post-2000higher vocationalcollege students in the new era, use the Internet and convenient network communication mode to timelpay attention to and guide the students' professional study and employment planning, and give directionsto the confused students.
