Abstract: ThedevelopmentofYunnanhotelindustryhasbeendeeplyinfluencedbythelocaltourism industryandhasbeenrapidlydevelopedandimprovedinrecentyears.However,intherapiddevelop ment,theYunnanhotelindustryisalsofacingcertainchallenges,especiallytheriseoftourism in Guizhouandtheinfluxofalargenumberofinternationalbrandhotelsinthehighendbrandhotelmar ket,thusservicequalityofYunnanhotelindustryshouldbemorefocusedanduniquenationalhotel bandwouldbecreated.TherearemanyobstaclesandproblemsintheprocessofbuildingYunnanna tionalbrandhotel,butcombinedlocalnationalcharacteristics,auniquehighqualitybrandshouldbe builtbasedontheservicequality.Basedontheintroductionofhotelservicequalityandhotelindustry developmentsituation,thispaperanalyzestheopportunitiesandchallengeswhicharefacedinthe processofYunnanhoteldevelopment,andalsopresentsthestrategyofbuildingYunnannationalhotel brand.
