Abstract:

Human history is basically the history of national conflict of interests，which has been long-standing and there has been little change in its form for thousands of years. With the development of network information technology since 21st century, defending national interests has met new challenges.“Network information war" has broken the basic pattern of national conflicts，greatly changing the basic thinking and basic methods. Based on an analysis of the new features of "smart power" brought by network information technology, this paper puts forward countermeasures for China to face the“smart power".
