摘要: 新时代高职院校的学生理想信念教育常态化制度化,是国家实现强国复兴伟大梦想的必然选择,是学校 落实 “立德树人”根本任务的必要举措,是学生实现健康成长、全面发展的必要前提,具有十分重要的价值和意 义。高职院校要将理想信念教育同学生职业定位、职业素养、职业理想相结合,引导学生树立扎根基层、崇尚工 匠精神、立志技能报国的理想信念。为此,高职院校既要全方位加强教育引导和强化实践养成,推动学生理想信 念教育的常态化,也要建立协同的教育机制、高效的激励机制和科学的评价机制,实现理想信念教育的制度化。

Abstract:  Promoting the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education for students invocational colleges is not only an inevitable choice for the country to achieve the great rejuvenation of thenation, but also a necessary step for colleges to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education. Moreo-ver, it is a critical prerequisite for students’ healthy growth and comprehensive development. Vocationalcolleges should integrate ideal and belief education with students’ career orientation, professional quali-ties, and career aspirations. This will guide students to cultivate ideals and beliefs that are rooted ingrassroots work , advocate the spirit of craftsmanship, and aspire to serve the country with their skills. Toachieve this, vocational colleges must strengthen both educational guidance and practical cultivationacross all dimensions. They should promote the normalization of ideal and belief education and establish acollaborative educational framework , eficient incentive systems, and scientific evaluation mechanisms toinstitutionalize this education.
