摘要：

以双高院校专业群的教材建设项目为背景，阐述了我国新型活页式、工作手册式教材的建设历程，总结了新型活页式、工作手册式教材建设应具备的几个特点，提出新型活页式、工作手册式教材建设的思路策略、发力点及进一步开发新型活页式、工作手册式教材的建议。

Abstract:

Based on the teaching materials construction project of the specialty group of universities disciplines included in China's“Hijg-Level Higher Vocational Colleges Project”，this paper expounds the construction process，sums up the major features，and puts forward some ideas strategies and suggestions on the development of the new loose-leaf textbooks and workbook teaching materials in China.
