Exploration of International Cooperation and Exchange Models in ArchitecturalEngineering Vocational Education Driven by New-quality Productive Forces

摘要: 本文以昆明冶金高等专科学校为典型案例,探讨新质生产力驱动下建筑工程职业教育的国际合作与交流 模式,系统梳理建筑工程专业与肯尼亚、英国等国院校的国际合作实践,深入剖析现有合作取得的成效,以及在 课程体系融合、跨文化交流适配等方面面临的现实挑战。在国际合作模式方面,提出了 3个可探索的发展路径: 一是优化专业结构布局,积极拓展智能建造等新兴专业方向,同步推动传统建筑专业升级迭代;二是深化产教融 合机制,依托职业教育共同体、技能大师工作室等平台,强化校企协同育人效能;三是创新人才培养模式,大力 发展中国特色学徒制,持续加强实习实训基地建设,全方位培育适应新质生产力发展要求的高素质技术技能人才。

Abstract: This paper takes Kunming Metallurgy College as a typical case to explore the intemational coop-eration and exchange models in architectural engineering vocational education driven by new-quality pro-ductive forces. It systematically organizes the intemational cooperation practices of the architectural engi-neering program with universities in Kenya, the United Kingdom, and other countries, and deeply analyzesthe achievements made through existing cooperation, as well as the practical challenges faced in curriculumsystem integration and cross-cultural communication adaptation. In terms of international cooperation mod-els, three exploitable development paths are proposed: first, optimize the layout of professional structure,actively expand emerging professional directions such as intelligent construction, and simultaneously pro-mote the upgrading and iteration of traditional construction majors; second, deepen the industry-educationintegration mechanism, strengthen the efficiency of school-enterprise collaborative education by relying onplatforms such as vocational education consortia and Master Skill Studios; third, innovate talent trainingmodels, vigorously develop the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics, continuously strengthenthe construction of intemship and training bases, and comprehensively cultivate high-quality technical andskilled talents that meet the development requirements of new-quality productive forces.
