Fe-ZIF-8的制备及其在甲基橙染料废水处理中的应用

摘要: 研究了以ZIF-8 为载体,FeS7H,0为铁源制备的铁杂沸石咪基金属有机框架材料 (Fe-ZIF8) 对染料废水中甲基橙的吸附: 考察了 Fe-ZIF-8 吸附剂加入量、体系 pl 值、体系温度以及吸附时间对吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明: Fe-ZIF-8 吸附剂适于常温状态下使用,可有效降低处理过程中的能耗。该体系对50mL质量浓度为20 mg/L的甲基橙溶液的最佳吸附条件为: 吸附剂加入量为 0.06 g,pH 值为7,体系温度为25C,吸附时间为60 min。在此条件下,甲基橙的吸附率可达92.8%。

Abstract: Fe-ZlF-8, a kind of zeolitic imidazolate metal-organic frameworks, was prepared with ZIF-8precursors and FeSO,· 7H, as iron source. This work studied on methyl orange waste water treatmentthrough Fe-ZIF-8. The effects of Fe-ZIF-8 dosage, H value , reaction temperature and time on the ad.sorption of methyl orange were studied. The results showed that Fe-ZIF-8 is suitable for use at room tem-perature, which can effectively reduce the energy consumption in the treatment process. The adsorptionrate for 50 mL 20 mg/L ( mass concentration) methyl orangesolution could reach 92. 8% under the opti-mal conditions of 0.06 g Fe-ZIF-8  H 7,25 C and 60 min.
