“一带一路”倡议下云南与老挝职业教育实践样态与交流合作探索

摘要: 云南和老挝的职业教育交流合作依托地理区位、国家政策、平台论坛、语言专业等优势,呈现出多种实践样态,包括留学生交流互动培养、职业技能培训、企业联合办学、承接援老大项目、开办国门大学跨境培养、开设老挝语专业等多个方面,体现了云南与老挝职教合作的积极发展态势。同时双方合作还存在企业参与度低、合作深度有待提升、流动规模不对等、疫情影响大等挑战和困境。提出加深云南与老挝职业教育合作交流,需要进一步加强与老挝的沟通联系,借助政府平台,提高双方交流合作层次规模;加强调研实践,推进企业参与技能人才培养:打造留学云南合作品牌,提升滇老职教合作内涵: 携手同心抗疫,共克职教合作发展时艰等建议。以期树立起云南与东盟国家职业教育的示范作用,为中老命运共同体贡献云南职教力量。

Abstract: The analysis shows that the vocational education exchange and cooperation between Yunnanand Laos relies on the advantages of geographical location , national policies, platform , BBS, and lan-guage specialties. The exchange and cooperation present a variety of practice patterns and positive development, including exchange and interactive training of international students, vocational skills trainingschool-enterprise joint training and collaborative education , projects to aid Laos , cross-border training.and opening of Lao language specialties. However, there are also challenges and dilemmas such as lowparticipation of enterprises, low level of cooperation, uneven flow scale, and the huge impact of the epi-demic. Therefore, to deepen the cooperation and exchange between Yunnan and Laos in vocational edu-cation, it is necessary to further strengthen the communication with Laos, improve the level and scale ofexchange and cooperation with the help of government platform, strengthen the research and practice.promote the participation of enterprises in the cultivation of skilled personnel, build renowned Yunnan-Laos cooperation projects, develop Yunnan-Laos vocational education to its full potential, join hands toight the epidemic and overcome the difficulties in the development of vocational education cooperation.The paper aims to set up a model of vocational education between Yunnan and ASEAN countries, and contribute to jointly building a community with a shared future between China and Laos.
