摘要: 推动职业教育产教深度融合的关键在于职业教育产学协同育人生态圈的构建。具体而言,要从构建政府上层引导扶持机制、多元文化深度駆动机制、以职业院校为主导的动力机制、校企“双元”深层对接机制、立体多元的协同育人质量评估和反馈机制等入手,形成有高职特色的由核心圈、支撑圈和外延圈构成的产学协同育人生态圈。

Abstract: The key to deepening the integration between vocational education and industries lies in a col-laborative talent cultivation ecosphere integrating vocational education and industries. Specifically,effortsshould start with constnucting the top-level governmental guidance and support mechanism , the multi-cul-tural in-depth driving mechanism,the motive mechanism dominated by vocational colleges , the in-depth“ binary”college-entemprise alignment mechanism and the three-dimensional diverse anmd collaborative cul-tivation quality assessment and feedback mechanism to construct an industry-education collaborative culti-vation ecosphere comprised of the core,support and extension circles.
