云南滇黄精药渣中多糖含量的测定#br#

Determination of Polysaccharide Content in the Residue of Polygonatum kingianum in Yunnan Province

摘要: 以测定云南滇黄精药渣中多糖的含量为目的,采用热回流法提取总多糖,以葡萄糖为对照品制作标准曲线,采用苯酚-硫酸法和可见分光光度法测定多糖含量。研究结果表明该方法的线性关系良好,线性相关系数20.999,精密度良好,相对标准偏差≤3%,准确性良好,平均回收率为99.40%,测得6 批滇黄精药渣中多糖的平均含量为 4.47% ,实验结果可为滇黄精的综合利用提供一定的参考。

Abstract:

In order to determine the content of polysaccharide in the residue of polygonatum kingianumfrom Yunnan Province, the total polysaccharides was extracted by thermal reflux method, and the stand-ard curve was obtained with glucose as control. The polysaccharide content was determined by sulfuricacid-phenol and ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient wasnot less than 0. 999% , the relative standard deviation was not more than 3% , and the accuracy wasgood. The average recovery rate was 99. 40% . The average content of polysaccharide in the six batches otsamples was 4.47%  and the experimental results can provide some reference for comprehensive utilization of polygonatum kingianum.
