基于AHP-LEC法的冶炼作业危险性评价

摘要: 冶炼属于高危行业,安全隐患较多,一旦发生安全事故,将给企业和个人的生命财产安全带来严重后果。为了提高冶炼作业安全评价的科学性和客观性,在传统 LEC 基础上引入函数和层次分析法 (AHP)对该评价方法作出改进,修正L、E、C、D 的取值后,应用于某冶炼企业铝铁生产作业危险性评价中。结果表明:在治炼企业 AHP-LEC 法计算得到的 D值更能反馈实际作业条件的安全状态,对实际生产起到很好的指导作用。

Abstract: Smelting is a high-risk industry in which there are many potential safety hazards. If a safetyaccident occurs, it will bring serious consequences to the life and property of enterprises and individualsIn order to improve the scientificity and objectivity of smelting operation in safety evaluation, function andanalytic hierarchy process (AHP) are introduced to amend the evaluation method based on the traditiona.LEC. After revising the values of L, E, C and D, they are applied to the risk assessment of aluminumand iron production in a smelting enterprise. The results show that the value of D calculated by the meth.od of AHP-LEC can better reflect the safety state of actual working conditions, which plays an effectiveguiding role in actual production.
