摘要/Abstract

摘要： 突发的新冠肺炎疫情，让2020 届毕业生的求职就业受到前所未有的冲击。如何在严峻的“战疫”环境中帮助贫困毕业生顺利就业、尽早就业，成为国家、社会关切的话题。以丽江师范高等专科学校 2020 届贫因毕业生为调查对象，主要采用问卷调查的方法，对贫困毕业生的就业影响进行调查:在对相关数据分析的基础上结合就业工作的实践，从高校、毕业生、政府和社会等层面，提出有针对性的就业帮扶措施，以助力贫因毕业生更充分、更高质量就业。

Abstract: The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has made unprecedented impact on the employment of 2020graduates , how to help poor graduates to get employed smoothly and find jobs as soon as possible in the severe “war epidemicenvironment has become a topic of national and social concern. This article is a survey of the 2020 graduates from Lijiang Teachers College , through the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the employment impact of poor graduates under the influence of epidemic situation. Based on theanalysis of the results of the relevant data, combined with the practice of employment work , and the aspectsof college, graduates government and society , this paper puts forward targeted employment assistancemeasures to help poor graduates get more full and high - quality employment.
