“一带一路”背景下云南高职教育师资队伍建设对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures for Teaching Staff Construction in Yunnan Higher Vocational Education Under the Background of“ the Belt and Road”

摘要: 随着“一带一路”建设的巩固和深入推进,我国与沿线国家的合作从经济贸易领域逐步扩展到科技文化教育领域,多边跨国合作的加强需要更多具有国际视野、具备专业技能和实践技能的人才,这也为云南高职教育的对外开放迎来了发展机遇。由于历史和现实条件的限制,云南高职院校在办学目标、人才培养模式.校企合作国际化办学和师资队伍建设等方面仍无法适时对接“一带一路”倡议的需要。以“一带一路”倡议为背景,实践调研为基础,问卷数据为依据,从云南高职院校师资队伍的数量、结构、层次和政策支持等几个方面分析云南高职教育对外发展过程中师资队伍建设的瓶颈,并从政府层面、学校层面对师资队伍建设思路进行探索,提出建议对策。

Abstract: As the steady growth of the “ Belt and Road”, China extends the cooperation from economicand trade fields to science and cultural education fields. The strengthening of multilateral and transnation-al cooperation requires more international perspectives, professional skills and practical skills. The talentsin Yunnan also usher in development opportunities for the opening up of higher vocational education inYunnan. Due to the limitations of history and practical conditions , Yunnan's higher vocational collegesare still unable to meet the needs of the “ Belt and Road”initiative in a timely manner in terms of schoolgoals, talent cultivating models, school-enterprise cooperation internationalization of school running, andteacher team building. With the “Belt and Road”initiative as the background, practical research as thebasis , and questionnaire data as the basis , the number, structure , level and policy support of the facultyof Yunnan vocational colleges will be explored in the external development of the bottleneck of teambuilding in Yunnan vocational education, and explore the ideas of teacher team building from the govern-ment level and school level, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures.
