摘要: 提出了配料化模型的设计思路,模型是以铁水利润最大为目标函数,综合考虑了矿石库存量、烧结矿球团矿、铁水和炉渣等工业指标及工序成本等关键因素,在指导生产有矿和矿石计划采购过程中起到了很好的降成本作用。

关键词: 烧结, 配料模型, 用矿结构, 工业指标

Abstract: In this paper, the design of a batching model is put forward. In the model, the maximum prof-it of molten iron is used as the objective function. The paper studies the inventory ore , sinter and pellet ,molten iron and slag and some other industrial index and some key factors such as process cost. It mayshed lights on the work in reducing costs in ore production the planned procurement of ore.
