湖北省利川市表层土壤中硒元素形态的受控因素研究

摘要: 土壤中硒元素的迁移、转化及其生态效应,除了与土壤中硒的总体含量有关外,还与硒在土壤中的赋存形态有很大关系。对湖北省利川市表层土壤中硒元素各形态含量及其与总硒含量、有机质含量和酸碱度的关系进行了研究,结果表明:研究区非富硒土壤中各硒形态占全量的比值,除腐殖酸结合态、强有机结合态明显低于富硒区外,其余形态均高于富硒区土壤;土壤中有机质含量与硒元素水溶态、碳酸盐结合态、强有机结合态含量呈现正相关性,相关系数0.3,与离子交换态、腐殖酸结合态、铁锰结合态、残渣态呈微弱正相关;土壤pH 对离子交换态、可交换态影响显著,在碱性土壤中,硒的可利用态含量较高。

Abstract: The migration, transformation and ecological effects of selenium in soil are not only related tothe total content of selenium in soil, but also to the existing speciation of selenium in soil. In this paper,the relationship between the form of selenium element and its total content, organic matter content and pHvalue in surface soil of Lichuan City, Hubei Province was studied. The results show that the content ofselenium in the non-selenium rich soil in the study area was higher than that in the selenium rich soil ex-cept for the average content of humic acid bound and strong organic bou nd. The content of organic matterin soil is positively correlated with the content of selenium in water - soluble state, carbonate combinedstate and strong organic combined state, the correlation coefficient is more than 0. 3, and slightly posi-tively correlated with the content of ion-exchange state, humic acid combined state, iron manganese com-bined state and residue state. Soil pH has a significant effect on ion exchange and exchangeable state,and in alkaline soil, the available state content of selenium is higher.
