摘要: 随着云计算的深入应用,有效的能效计算方法非常缺乏,而能和评估模型整合,以更好地描述云环境能效的研究就更少。根据能量效率的数学表达式及其测量和计算方法,导出能量效率最大值的条件,提出一种云计算环境下的能效评估测量模型;通过对电脑CPU的使用率和它的功率两者间的关系建立数学表达式来计算能
效,然后将能效作为QoS对它的性能指标进行定量分析的关键因素之一来建立一种基于能效的QoS保障机制。

Abstract: With the further application of cloud computing,the effective energy efficiency calculation method is quite insufficient,let alone the researches that can be better integrated with the evaluation model to better describe the energy efficiency of the cloud environment.According to the energy efficiency of the mathematical expression and its measurement and calculation methods,this paper deduces the maximum energy efficiency and proposes an energy efficiency evaluation model under the cloud computing environment.It uses the mathematical expressions built between the computer CPU usage and its power to calculate the energy efficiency,and establishes a QoS security mechanism,with energy efficiency as QoS,a key factor for quantitative analysis of its performance index.
