A钢厂低氮钢冶炼技术探讨

摘要: 通过对转炉工序钢水增氮与排氮的热力学和动力学分析,结合大量生产实践,探讨了转炉复吹制度、原材料加入与搭配、吹炼过程控制、出钢控制、脱氧合金化制度以及炉口微差压等方面对钢液增氮的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施。

关键词: 低氮钢冶炼技术, 复吹转炉, 脱氮, 增氮

Abstract: The thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of increasing nitrogen and nitrogen discharge was done in the molten steel converter process.Combined with a large number of production practice,the influence of combined blown converter system,raw materials adding and collocation,converting process control,discharge control,the steel deoxidation alloying system as well as the throat opening differential pressure to the steel liquid nitrogen were discussed.The relative improvement measures were given.
