掺钢渣微粉混凝土对减水剂的适应性研究

The Study of Compatibility between Concrete Mixed Steel Slag Powders and Admixtuers

摘要: 研究基于钢渣粉作为活性掺合料用于混凝土行业。用云南某工业废渣综合利用开发有限公司生产的钢渣粉,与矿渣粉复掺,制备C30混凝土,研究掺钢渣粉混凝土和基准混凝土的流动性和塌落度损失,探索钢渣微粉与萘系及聚羧酸减水剂的适应性。研究结果表明,钢渣粉的掺入不会影响混凝土对减水剂的适应性,有利于降低混凝土的塌落度损失。

Abstract: Based on steel slag as an active admixture for concrete industry,C30 concrete was prepared with waste utilization of steel slag powder and slag powder,which were produced by Yunnan Kunming Steel Industry Development Co.. Mixed concrete and steel slag powder flow ability and slump loss of concrete were studied.Slag powder and naphthalene and polycarboxylate adapt ability were explored.The results demonstrate that the incorporation of slag powder does not affect the suitability of concrete superplasticizer,but helps to reduce the concrete slump loss.
