Innovation and Practice of First-Class Party Building Work Modelin the Context of "High-Level Higher Vocational Colleges" Plan

摘要: 在国家 “双高计划”建设背景下,高职院校日益重视党建引领的政治意义与实践价值,本文以某高职 院校测绘工程技术专业群为对象,创新党建工作模式:构建 “初心、良心、匠心”三心体系,破解党员作用发 挥不足与组织活力不强的问题;搭建 “政行校企”联学联建平台,消除党建业务 “两张皮”及校企协同育人瓶 颈;建立 “一流党建”引领机制,保障党建与 “双高”建设深度融合。

Abstract: Under the national "High-Level Higher Vocational Colleges" plan, higher vocational institu-tions place great emphasis on the political and practical significance of Party-building guidance. This pa-per takes the Surveying and Mapping Engineering Technology program group at a higher vocational insti-tution as a case study to innovate the Party-building work model. It establishes a "Three-Heart" system-comprising Original Aspiration, Conscience, and Craffsmanship to address the insufficient role of Partymembers and the lack of organizational vitality. A collaborative learning and co-construction platform in-volving government, industry, academia, and enterprises is built to resolve the disconnection betweenParty-building and professional work, as well as to overcome bottlenecks in school-enterprise collaborativeeducation. Furthermore, a "First-Class Party-Building" guidance mechanism is developed to ensure thedeep integration of Party-building with the "High-Level Higher Vocational Colleges" plan.
