基于熵值法的汶川地震灾情综合评价研究

On Entropy-based Comprehensive Evaluation of the Wenchuan Earthquake Disaster

摘要:

基于熵值法,运用 MATLAB 软件对汶川地震36个严重受灾县市依据灾情指标进行了综合分析。首先,采用熵值法对原始数据进行分析得到了8个指标的比重、熵值和熵权以及36个县市灾情指标的综合评价值;其次,依据综合评价值对36个县市按照灾情严重程度进行了排序和分类;最后,依据综合评价值的均值化数值对36个县市进行了分类,其结果与实际基本吻合。结果显示:利用熵值法对地震灾区灾情严重性进行分析,灾情评价结果更为科学,评价结果客观地反映了实际情况,对合理援助和有效重建灾区起到积极作用。

Abstract: A comprehensive analysis is conducted by entropy method via the software of MATLAB to disaster indicators in 36 serious disaster-stricken counties and cities in the Wenchuan Earthquake.  First, 8 indicators' proportion, entropy & entropy weight and comprehensive evaluation values of 36 counties and
cities are obtained from the original data.  Second, these 36 counties and cities are ranked and classified according to their comprehensive evaluation values.  Finally, the 36 counties and cities are classified according to their equalization values and the outcomes are consistent with the real situation.  The result shows that it is more scientific and objective to analyze the disaster using entropy method, which contributes to the effective aids and rebuilding work in disaster areas.
