thermodynamiccalculation,thispapershowsthattheinputoutputdistributionandthecycleenrichmentofthealkalimetalsmeanalottosmeltinginblastfurnace.Therefore,itproposesthatfurnacematerialswithlowash,fineparticlesizeandproperimpuritycontentshouldbeselectedandthattheregularadjustmenttoslaggingdischargeandtoppressureshouldbemadeaccordingtoscaffoldingcycle,whichisofgreatsignificancetoblastfurnaceslonglife&maintenance,anditsnormalfunctioningaswell.
