    Itisacommonpracticetosmeltthelowgradeoresintheblastfurnace.Inviewoftheproblemsofscaffolding,slippingandliningerosioninsmeltingprocess,thispaperstudieshowthealkalimetalsactinlowgradeoreblastfurnacesmelting.Byselectingsamplesfromtheoresolid,slagironandsoot,testing andanalyzingthem byatomicabsorptionspectroscopyandflamephotometry,andfinallycarryingouta
    thermodynamiccalculation,thispapershowsthattheinputoutputdistributionandthecycleenrichmentofthealkalimetalsmeanalottosmeltinginblastfurnace.Therefore,itproposesthatfurnacematerialswithlowash,fineparticlesizeandproperimpuritycontentshouldbeselectedandthattheregularadjustmenttoslaggingdischargeandtoppressureshouldbemadeaccordingtoscaffoldingcycle,whichisofgreatsignificancetoblastfurnaceslonglife&maintenance,anditsnormalfunctioningaswell.
