    The Effect of Steel Slag Powder on the Carbonation Resistance of Concrete

    In this paper,  the effect  of steel slag powder on the carbonation resistance of concrete was studied.The results show:the rate of concretecarbonization is faster in early  age and slow down with  carbonation time;The mixed with ste el slag powder can reduce the depth of carbonation of concrete late; Carbonized can improve the compressive strength of concrete and improvement rate reduces when steel slag are introduced.

    Silicate nickel ore in Yunnan Province with big resource reserves,complex components and low nickel grade,belongs to a surface weathering clust deposit,which couldn't get used by the conventional method.According to the character of high magnesium,nickel,the condition experiments ofchloridizing segregation-magnetic separation technology had been conducted in this paper,including experiments of the dosage of chlorination agent,the dosage of reducing reagent,the dosage of additives,the roasting temperature,the roasting time and intensity of magnetic field.The optimum conditions were chosen to conduct the repeated test.The results of experiment showed that the optimum conditions were the chlorination regent with a dosage of 30%,the reductant with a dosage of15%,CaO as the additive of a dosage of 10%,roasting at 1100℃  for 90 min,and themagnetic field intensity of1.2T.Under the optimal conditions,the nickel g-rade of 8.07% and the nickel recovery of75.27% were achieved.This has provideda  reasonable method of utilizing silicate nickel ore.

    Inthispaper,a simulation system for safety evaluation of metal mine wasdeveloped by collecting production data of typical metal mines and usedthe system modls.This simulation system is based on secondary development software with AutoCAD ActiveX /VBA.The simulation system is a integrated systems of typical open-cut and underground mine production site information(including images,videos,texts,data,etc.),production technology,3D and plane models,enterprise integration of safety management systems,It is the simulation of actual production mines.The simulation system has been used in the safety assessment practice course of Kunming Metallurgy College,which solved the problems in the traditional teaching.The development process and the application of the system were mainly described.

    In this paper,fitting method of geoid was analyzed.A method and comparison of surface fittingwere presented,and the theory and method of interpolation were studied.The theory and method of quasigeoid numerical model were also studied.According to GPS location principle and geodetic theory,geoid refined theory and methods of Dahongshan Copper mining areaabout 20square kilometers area were studied.The geoid was determined byusing GPS/standard geometric method with GPSleveling data and the“remove restore”method of EGM2008 model.According to the actual situation in Dahongshan Copper Mine elevation,topographic change fierce,the known public point was calculated and compared.Point data were also checked.Height anomaly within range Dahongshan Copper was calculated.

    In this paper,the design of a radio controlled clock was presented.The clock controlled by a single chip  microcomputer can achieve high synchronization. 16 bit single chip  microcomputer MSP430G2553 was used as the control core in the system.LCD5110 was utilized as a display module.The system was powered by TPS61040 chip with solar panel.The self-made antenna discrete components were set up for clock signal reception,frequency selection,filtering,amplification,detection,AGC and compare circuit extraction radio timing signals.The automatic timing,manual timing,AGCautomatic gain adjustment,stop watch,countdown and voice prompt functionswere realized.The clock can enter sleep according to key settings and lighting conditions,also support the key wake up and light wake,and showthe signal intensity,plus the voice prompts.

    Strongly advocated public transport is the key to relieving urban traffic congestion,and good adaptability of transportation are the essentialcondition of guaranteeing public transport sustainable development.Modern tram and BRT(Bus Rapid Transit) with a good economy and a potential application have been highly concerned by urban planners,however,the choice between them remains controversial owing to the similar function.Taking Qujing as an example,this paper analyses its traffic current situation at first,and then gives the idea of promoting modern tram andBRT.Further more,discusses the adaptability of building a modern tram or BRT using a SWOT analysis from the perspective ofcity size,traffic demand,investment requirement and system capability.The result shows that modern tram is fitter than BRT in the development of Qujing,not only can it meet residents’medium-and-long distance travel need,but also has excellent service and green operational systems.This paper will break the conventional thinking of no other choice but subway/rail and BRT in urban traffic planning,and inform relevant planners using empirical suppor.t.

    In this paper,the image enhancement algorithm based on Retinex theory and the traditional Canny edge detection algorithm is analyzed.The new method was proposed by effectively combined the two methods to apply to the exposure of uneven,blurred images,or low contrast images.The experimental results show that the method can accurately detect the image edge of the target,more abundant than the only application of the Canny algorithm to detect the edge details,and can maintain good goal edge connectivity.

    In this paper,the competitivelearning neural network for reference,through the introduction of an inhibitory factor,to maximize the value of membership,the other corresponding decreases the value of membership,in order to achieve faster classification.As to highlight the main factorsand secondary factors,can inhibit the purpose.The improved method of rough set and fast image segmentation based on FCM was put forward.Experimental results show that the fast image segmentation method for image noise pollution has the better segmentation performance,rough set theoryhas a unique way of dealing with uncertain information,the ability to extract relevant information and easy integration of other intelligent methods.Rough set theory has a good application prospect in the field ofimage processing.

    To further improve the efficiency of information management for scientific research projects in mining enterprises,scientific project management information system based on SSH framework,SQL Server database and other web technologies was designed by using needs analysis of a mining enterprise research management.This system realize online management of research projects,reporting,approval,pre-opening and the results of statistics etc.The practical application shows that the system can realizethe management of the scientific research project of a mining enterprise,and the system runs safely and stably.

    As main structures,reinforced concrete arch has been widely used in constructions of longspan bridge.But with the increase of arch span,the internal forces change under various loads directly affect the safety performance of engineering structures.The mechanics experiment was done byusing a model.The mechanical data of strain and basic counter force were obtained after L/2 of the arch was added from 5kN to13kN concentratedload.The finite element model corresponding to the experiment was established by using the ANSYS software.The stress,strain and displacement of the arch were simulated by added 5kN,10kN and 13knconcentrated load at L/2 of the arch.As well as the stress,strain and displacement of the arch were studied in the L/4,L/2 and 3L/4 added 5kN,10kN and 135kN.The situation of internal forces of reinforced concrete arch was analyzed bycomparing the simulation data obtained in ANSYS and experimental data.It can provide theoretical support for the engineering design and construction proposal.

    There are many problems in cement industry,especially small and medium cement enterprises.These problems include technological backwardness,poor environmental protection measures,small scale,backward technology and technical equipment etc.Building“resource-saving and environment-friendly”industry has become one of the corecontent of cement industry development in China.In this paper,the application of technology is analyzed by using technical improvement of Φ3×11m cement mill for multiple separation as an example.The results show that the output of the ball millincreases about 12% per hour after technical innovation,the granularityof the product is controllable,the grain size distribution is more reasonable and the quality of the product is more stable.

    In this paper,learning from the advantages of environmental management experience and the legal system in Britain and the United States was summarized based on the current situation of China′s industrial environmental management of contaminated sites.The improving the management of contaminated sites,environmental laws and regulations,and standard system was put forward by analyzing from the legal,institutional,economic,administrative and technical aspects.Formation of a “responsible person pay”scheme and environmental management,financial platform,strengtheninggovernment intervention and public information and the development of pollutant recycling technology research were also set forth.

    Metal Material and Heat Treatment engineering Specialty of Kunming Metallurgy College collaborates with enterprises to enhance the capacity ofprofessional services.The professional action field capacity system andprofessional position standards of heat treatment was determined.Based on the work process system,curriculum system and professional core curriculum were developed.A unique“312”(that is,3 stages,1 year of skills training,2 certificates)training mode was formed.A three stage teaching mode of working and Learning Alternation,task driven,project oriented,internship content“1+1.5+0.5”was actively explored and implemented.The platform of a year of skills training for students was built,and the students'comprehensive ability was gradually improved.The effect of teaching quality and cultivation of talents was also improved.
